| Dear Pastor and Praying Friends, Greetings in the name of our wonderful Savior, Jesus Christ. We have just finished a two month road trip that literally took us from one end of the country to the other and into Canada . The Lord greatly blessed us on this 9,000 mile trek by keeping us safe and not allowing us to have any mechanical problems whatsoever. We want to praise Him for being so wonderful to us. He also blessed us by allowing us to lead people to Christ on this trip. Please pray for these new converts as they grow in the Lord. We went to the Spanish Consulate in New Orleans on September 4th to submit our paperwork in order to apply for our Visas. When we arrived with all the paperwork that was listed on the Consulate’s website (and re-verified via phone) we were told that we would need even more paperwork. We have been gathering the needed paperwork as we were able and are now awaiting one last document. Once we receive this document we will send it to the Consulate and then they will submit our papers to Spain in order to receive the Visas. While we are used to the red tape that is involved with the Spanish government, we still get frustrated. We know it is in the Lord’s hands and we trust Him to work it all out in His timing. While we were turning in our paperwork at the Spanish Consulate, the Lord allowed us to meet an American couple in their 60’s who were picking up work visas to work in Spain with the Exxon Company. They “just happened” to be going to live in the same area where we are going to. They are saved and desire to be in a Bible teaching church. They have not been able to locate one such work either on the Spanish or Gibraltar side. We have been in very close contact with them via email and they just keep saying how they “wish we were there already.” The need in this area is great for “whosoever”: Spanish, British, and immigrants from all over the world. Pray for the Holt family. Our support level is now at 98% with promises of more to come in. While we are grateful for the promised support that should come in, we can’t count it until it actually arrives. We are very grateful for your faithfulness to us in your giving. Please pray with us. We would like for you to pray for the people in La Linea , Spain and Gibraltar . We are asking the Lord to prepare the hearts and minds of these precious souls to receive the Gospel and to raise up some godly men to become pastors and leaders in the church. Once we arrive we will be looking for housing and the right location to begin the work. We need you to pray with us that the Lord will lead us to a location (building) where we can hold church services for a reasonable price. Store fronts tend to run very high in price for a very small place. We are going to ship a container to Spain once we receive our Visas and know our departure date. We will ship our household goods along with Bibles, tracts, and John and Romans. Some items that would be a great blessing to have and ship would be church chairs, folding tables (3, 6 or 8 foot), and baptismal robes.
