| Dear Pastor and Praying Friends, Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We pray that this letter finds you all well and busy doing the Lord’s work where He has planted you. It is such an honor and privilege to be able to serve the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. We have had the wonderful opportunity to be in many new churches over these last two months and are so thankful for the traveling mercies that the Lord has given us. We were in meetings in Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, and some close to home here in Georgia. We even had one church take us on in the meeting. Praise the Lord!! Over the next few months we will mainly be in North Carolina but will also be traveling to Tennessee and Illinois. Please ask the Lord to give us favor in these meetings as well as protection on the roads. As stated in our last prayer letter, I will be traveling to Spain on September 1st. Please pray for Patsy and the boys in my absence and for me as I fill in for Pastor Chris Parker in Rota. I am also looking forward to meeting with those in El Puerto de Santa Maria that we have worked with in the past as well as other mission works nearby. I plan to meet with our lawyer, Carlos Clavijo, and speak with him again of his need to be saved as well as our legal standing for returning to Spain once we have raised the needed funds. Please pray that the Lord will open his heart and remove any obstacles that would hinder him from accepting Christ. We recently heard that Domingo Lopez (a man from Argentina whom we have witnessed to on many occasions) has accepted Christ as his personal Savior. We thank God for yet another answered prayer. I will be returning to the states on September 28th. We are truly concerned about the people of Spain due to how quickly the nation is changing. There was already a great need for Spaniards to be saved due to their rebellious hearts. Now we see that the leader of Spain is publicly supporting the enemies of Israel and defiantly opposed to anything that represents God, not to mention how anti-American he is. It isn’t only Spain that has taken this stance, but the majority of the world is the same way. It is quite possible that we are in the last hours before Christ returns. I am not setting dates, but I do want to make sure that we are busy doing His will when He returns. I desire to see many more people saved before He comes back. Brethren, we are truly grateful for all your sacrifice on our behalf. To be honest, we have lost some supporting churches through these trials in our life and are humbled by those of you who are standing with us. This is not the time to retreat and give Satan more ground in this war. Thank you for seeing the greater need and for fighting WITH us. We know He will greatly bless you. Keep on keeping on. |
