| Dear Pastor and Praying Friends, Greetings in the name of our wonderful Savior, Jesus Christ. We trust that this prayer letter finds you all doing the King’s business of proclaiming the Truth of our Lord Jesus and attempting to soul-warn unbelievers. We praise Him that we had some new churches take us on for support recently. Praise God, our support level is now at 82%. We trust the Lord to bring in the remaining 18% soon. I realize it isn’t a huge increase, but an increase none the less. Once we reach 90%, we will re-apply for our Visas. We thank you for praying for us concerning meetings for 2007. We are booked up through April. We trust that the Lord will provide us with just what we need. Please don’t stop praying for us though; we still need to schedule more meetings. I ask you to pray for the Hispanic immigrants here in our country, whether they are legal or illegal. We see them everywhere and we try to witness to them, but when it comes to recommending a church that they could attend, we can’t point them anywhere. I realize some of you have Spanish ministries in your church, but there are still many, many places that do not. They are here whether we like it or not and they need to be saved! Please pray for a Mexican man named Meles. I spoke with him recently at a church where we were presenting our ministry. When we began to talk, he said that he didn’t deserve to go to Hell. When we finished talking, he said “I don’t want to go to Hell.” He didn’t get saved as of yet, but I gave him the truth and sent him a Spanish Bible. Thank you for all the prayers concerning Patsy’s medical tests. We praise the Lord that everything came back fine and I also was able to get my medical check ups. In closing, I want to draw your attention to Mark 2:5. “When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.” God is not looking for the world to exhibit faith in order to save the lost. He is looking for our faith. You are placing faith in the Lord through your missionaries that God will save the lost. You exhibit that faith by sending, praying for, and supporting your missionaries. Now look at Luke 18:8 “…Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” It saddens me that some Independent, Fundamental Baptist Churches are loosing their desire to see the whole world saved. Spaniards are going to Hell. If we don’t get back soon, how many souls will enter into Hell because we weren’t there? I still believe in a literal place called Hell. I still believe that all who reject Christ as their personal Savior will spend eternity there. I still believe that God is not willing that any should perish. I still believe that God will save their souls, but we need to be there in order to show them how to be saved! The longer we stay here, the more people will die and go to Hell from Spain. Please stand with us and help us get “home”. |
