| Dear Pastor and praying friends, Greetings once again from the Beck family. I know you recently received a letter from us, but due to the wording of the letter, it might have given the indication that we weren’t going back to Spain. I sincerely apologize for any confusion that may have been caused. We have been praying and asking the Lord to show us His will in all of this. Even after all these months of trials due to the legal battles concerning our visas, we still desire to go back to Spain to continue working for the Lord. Just recently the Lord burdened my heart even more for the country of Spain. He gave me assurance that He wants me to go back “home”. Truly, we need your prayers as we try once again to obtain our visas to be able to go back. It is impossible to obtain our visas from inside of Spain. If the Lord will provide us the needed visas, and we trust that He will, we will be headed back to the country of our calling. We ask that you please pray with us as we talk with the Spanish Embassy and look to see what the Lord will do in this matter. Even though we don’t understand why all of these things have come about, we know that our Lord is in control. We want to do our very best for Him and use the talents He has given us to reach as many souls as we can. The Lord allowed us to learn the Spanish language and we intend to use it to preach the Gospel to as many Hispanics and Spaniards as possible. We believe in reaching the whole world just as the Lord desires. Due to the fact that obtaining our visas will take us some time, we will be trying to raise much needed additional support. Pray that the Lord will open the doors and provide the need that we might be able to rent buildings and start more churches when we get back on the field. The Euro is still very strong against the U.S. Dollar and the cost of living is increasing tremendously. We are in the last days and Christ will soon return to call us home. It is imperative that we be able to not only return to Spain but also have the ability to stay there. The antichrist is having a field day and would like nothing more than to claim the victory over another missionary family kicked out of Spain. We want you to help us not let that happen. How can you help?
